INSTRUCTOR AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS Pablo Diaz Mr. Diaz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Riverside University, California; Civil Air Patrol crew Member "Scanner" Specialization from United States Air University; postgraduate studies in engineering at West Coast University and postgraduate studies in Nuclear Science ("Plutonium Recycle") at The Center for Graduate Studies, Richland, Washington.
His professional experience includes 30 years in the Aerospace, Nuclear and Electronics industries. Mr. Diaz worked in the aerospace Industry, in commercial and military projects such as NASA/Rockwell International "Space Shuttle", as Design Engineer of Electro-Mechanical Systems and for the US Department of Defense B-1 Bomber program.
Mr. Diaz worked on US Department of Energy's Solar and Nuclear Energy programs, on Washington State Department of Energy's Appropriate Technologies programs, and as Project Engineer for Westinghouse Nuclear Reactor "FFTF" (Fast Flux Test Facility), at Hanford Engineering Development Laboratories, Richland, Washington. During the last twenty years Mr. Diaz has been a consultant at international level, including 12 years in Latin America, solving “GroundingEand “Power QualityEproblems and performing industrial and telecommunications Site Surveys. Some of our clients include AT&T, Motorola, Nortel, MCI, Bellsouth, GTE, GTE Wireless, Lucent Technologies, Telmex, Iusacell, Avantel,Skytel, Pemex, PDVSA, Ecopetrol, Telefonica, Maxcom, Pegasso, CanTV among others. Mr. Diaz is presently a consultant for "SPAWAR" Space Naval Warfare Center of the US Government.
He held security clearances from the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. Mr. Diaz published a "Grounding" book through Mc Graw Hill.
Juan Marchelli
Mr. Marchelli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from National University, California, Electrical Engineering studies from Central University in Venezuela and Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute Of Technology; >
postgraduate studies in engineering at Texas A&M University, Milwaukee School of Engineering - postgraduate studies in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Grounding, Power Quality, Lightning, Parallel Power Design, Telecommunications from Telecordia-IEEE.
Mr. Marchelli 2003 was appointed IEEE Chair for Electrical Engineering students activities in alliances with Gonzaga University, Washington State University and The University of Idaho- Electrical Engineering Departments.
In addition Mr. Marchelli has a certification as Software Engineer as Wireless Insite (Electromagnetic Analysis on RF Propagation Models) and XFDTD (Full Wave Three-Dimensional EM Modeling with Bio-EM Capabilities) from Remcom, Pennsylvania State College.

Mr. Marchelli worked implementing Power Protection engineering solutions to their protocol and instrumentation systems with Rockwell- International, GE Fanuc and SIEMENS on US, Caribbean and Latin America programs, on Cancun, Mexico technical seminar in Lightning Technologies, Charge Transfer Systems and Dissipation principle, Transient Overvoltages Surges Technologies programs to the Encompas group of Rockwell International, and as Applications Engineer.
In the past fifteen years Mr. Marchelli has been a consultant at international level, providing engineering seminars, technical presentations and engineering solutions to many oil/gas, Petrochemical, telecommunications and government industries including 10 years in Europe, USA, Caribbean and Latin America, as well as performing Site Surveys for Oil/Gas and Telco industries. Recently Mr. Marchelli was endorsed by BOEIGN Company as an Electrical Engineer in the Electrical Wiring team for the B-737. Mr. Marchelli was leading Engineer Design and AUTOCAD systems engineering for a Major USA International Corporation responsible for the Robotics and Operation of OPTIMATA350 embeded programming systems.

Mr. Marchelli has been received endorsement from The Institute Of Electrical Engineers in UK. Also IEEE – Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers certificate of train. Presently Mr. Marchelli is in the IEEE Consultants and the IEE Professional Development. Mr. Marchelli is an active Professional Consultant for the Gerson Lherman Group. Dr. Don Law
His professional experience includes over 30 years in the Aerospace, Nuclear, Sugar refinaries, electrical and Electronics industries. Dr. Law worked for Aerojet General techsystems, in the aerospace Industry, in commercial and military projects as a Rocket Engine Design and Rocket Controls Engineer. Dr. Law owned its own engineering firm "Law's Engineering" which acted as a consulting firm and contracted projects such as the Sacramento Waste Treatment Plant and Grass Valley and industrial projects for John Botich, Associates. Mr. Joseph C. Zintl has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from NJIT. During his last 20 years Mr. Zintl has been Applications Engineer, SONET Contract Engineer, RF Engineer, Senior Hardware Engineer, LAN/WAN Engineer and Maintenance Engineer for companies and organizations such as Telect Inc., Alcatel, GTE Inc.,KRIV and the NASA at Houston, Texas.
During his professional career Mr. Zintl has engineered and developed prototype test fixtures consisting of RF amplifiers and modulators installed in the AWACS military airplanes. He also tested UHF/VHF avionics receivers and transmitters using RF spectrum analyzers, sweep generators, scalar network analyzers, high speed storage oscilloscopes and zynthesized signal generators.
Mr. Zintl performed RF wireless systems testing of GSM, CDMA and AMPS technologies. He designed optical fiber networks comprised of ADM's, BLSR and UPSR Ring Networks for GTE backbone infrastructure.
Mr. Zintl also wrote test procedures for testing of the OC-12, OC-48 and OC-192 optical transceivers. Presently Mr. Zintl is a Nerwork engineer utilizing his talent and skills in telecom fiber optics support.
